Who writes RandLoom?

Meet RandLoom Editorial.

RandLoom is a developing South African educational finance publication. Articles currently published under RandLoom Editorial are attributed to the publication rather than an identified individual writer. We do not imply that an unnamed author holds a financial-services licence, tax-practitioner registration, professional certification or other qualification.

How articles are prepared

We aim to make personal-finance concepts understandable, using primary South African sources for material claims about tax, regulatory protections and consumer rights. Content should explain risks and limitations as well as possible benefits. When a guide contains a financial example, it should be identified as illustrative.

Sources and corrections

We link to sources such as SARS, the FSCA, the National Credit Regulator and the South African Reserve Bank where relevant. If a cited rule changes or you identify an error, please send the article title and the supporting reference through our contact page.

Editorial independence

Articles are educational and do not constitute personalised financial, tax or legal advice. Any future affiliate advertising or sponsorship must be disclosed. We will only publish individual author credentials after they have been confirmed and we have permission to display them.
